SSTR2026 / AERIAL CINEMATOGRAPHY — PRE-REGISTRATION
MAGIO SKYVISION（以下「当社」といいます）は、SSTR2026 における千里浜のA地点・B地点での空撮サービスの事前申込フォーム（以下「本フォーム」といいます）を通じて取得する個人情報について、以下のとおり取り扱います。
01取得する情報
- 氏名・フリガナ
- 電話番号・メールアドレス
- 参加バイクの車種・車体色
- SSTR エントリーゼッケン番号
- 撮影希望日・希望時間帯・希望地点
- 撮影の概要・要望
- 本フォーム送信時の通信ログ（送信日時・ユーザーエージェント等）
02利用目的
- 本撮影サービスの実施および当日の運営
- 申込内容の確認・本人確認
- 撮影に関する事前・事後のご連絡（メール／電話）
- 料金決済の確認
- サービス品質向上のための統計分析（個人を特定しない形で実施）
03第三者提供
当校は、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。撮影業務を外部委託する場合は、必要な範囲で情報を共有することがありますが、当該委託先に対しては適切な監督を行います。
04保管期間
取得した個人情報は、SSTR2026 終了後 1 年間を保管期間とし、経過後は速やかに削除します。撮影データ（動画・写真）については、ご本人にお渡し後、当校で保管する原本も同期間で削除します。
05撮影データの取扱い
撮影した映像・写真は、原則として後日メールでご本人にのみ提供します。当社の SNS・販促物等での利用を希望する場合は、別途、書面または電子的方法により改めて同意をいただきます。同意がない限り、撮影データを公開することはありません。
06安全管理
取得した情報は Google Cloud Platform（Cloud Firestore）上に暗号化された状態で保管し、アクセス権限を必要最小限の担当者に限定します。
07開示・訂正・削除のご請求
ご本人からの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求には、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。下記の問合せ窓口までご連絡ください。

SSTR2026 / AERIAL CINEMATOGRAPHY — PRE-REGISTRATION
MAGIO SKYVISION ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through the SSTR2026 aerial cinematography pre-registration form for Point A and Point B at Chirihama beach (the "Form") as described below.
01Information Collected
- Full name (and furigana, if provided)
- Phone number and email address
- Motorcycle model and body color
- SSTR entry number
- Preferred shooting date, time slot, and location
- Brief and notes about the shoot
- Submission metadata (timestamp, user agent, etc.)
02Purpose of Use
- Operating this aerial cinematography service on the day of the event
- Confirming submission details and verifying identity
- Pre- and post-shoot communication (email / phone)
- Confirming on-site payment status
- Anonymized statistical analysis for service improvement
03Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Where shooting work is outsourced, information may be shared with subcontractors only to the extent necessary, under appropriate supervision.
04Retention Period
Personal information will be retained for one year after the end of SSTR2026 and then promptly deleted. Footage originals stored on our side will likewise be deleted after the same period.
05Handling of Footage
Footage is, in principle, delivered by email only to the data subject. Use on our SNS or promotional materials requires separate written or electronic consent. Without such consent, we will not publish your footage.
06Security
Information is stored in encrypted form on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Firestore), with access restricted to the minimum necessary personnel.
07Disclosure, Correction, Deletion
We respond promptly and reasonably to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion. Please contact us at the address below.
